Draw vs Type — when to use

• Draw: natural, personal — when handwriting matters.
• Type: fast, consistent — when legibility and repeatability matter.

Step-by-step (short)

1. Select Draw or Type in the Signature Generator.
2. Create: draw on the canvas or type and browse live previews.
3. Customize: pen width or font size; use dark colors (black/dark blue).
4. Export: download PNG (transparent) — convert to JPG with white background only if required.
5. Verify: view the image at 100% and use portal preview before final submit.

Sizing & optimization

• Crop tightly to the signature to reduce KB while preserving strokes.
• If portal gives pixel dimensions, resize to those exact pixels to avoid resampling.

File format guidance

• PNG (transparent): best when transparency is accepted.
• JPG (white bg): use when PNG is not supported by the portal.
